BMW & Mini CAS3/CAS3+ Clone Programming Service | 1 Series, 3 Series, 5 Series, Mini Cooper
This Car Access System (CAS) cloning service is designed for BMW and MINI vehicles equipped with CAS3 or CAS3+ modules. The CAS module stores critical vehicle security data and key authorization information, which prevents a direct swap with a used replacement unit. Without proper cloning, the vehicle may experience no-start conditions, key recognition failures, or immobilizer faults.
This service clones all required data from your original CAS module into a compatible replacement unit that you provide, allowing the replacement CAS to function as a direct plug-and-play solution.
What This BMW / MINI CAS Cloning Service Does
We extract and copy all vehicle-specific security data from your original CAS3 or CAS3+ module and write it to a donor module with a matching part number. Once cloning is complete, the replacement CAS will be fully synchronized with the vehicle and existing keys.
No additional programming or dealer coding is required after installation.
Important Compatibility Requirements
For successful cloning, the following conditions must be met:
-
The donor CAS module must have the exact same part number as the original
-
Both the original and replacement CAS modules must be shipped to us
-
Replacement CAS modules are not supplied as part of this service
If you are unsure about compatibility, contact us with your CAS part number before shipping.
