04-06 VW Volkswagen EDC16 Diesel TDI Immobilizer OFF Delete IMMO Off SERVICE

This service is designed for Volkswagen diesel vehicles equipped with the Bosch EDC16 ECU. It allows you to bypass the immobilizer system in the engine control unit (ECU), enabling the vehicle to run without immobilizer interference. This service is only applicable if your vehicle is currently starting and shutting down due to an immobilizer fault. It is also commonly used when replacing a faulty ECU with a used one, ensuring compatibility without the immobilizer system preventing the vehicle from running.

Important:

• If your vehicle is not starting at all, this service will not be effective.
• Once the service is performed and the vehicle is running, the immobilizer light may remain illuminated on the dashboard, depending on the nature of the immobilizer fault.
• Make sure to clear any OBD codes before or after the service to ensure proper function.
